Important Instrunctions

  • Develop sales strategy and marketing plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
  • Compilation and execution of given plans/objectives to attain Zone/Area wise Primary/Secondary Sales and Products/Packages Availability Targets.
  • Regular Market visits to supervise/monitor the proper execution of set objectives/plans to ensure the attainment of desired results and to cultivate strong relationships with current and potential dealers, especially with Wholesalers.
  • Market Intelligence regarding Market Share, Trends, Analysis, Availability, Competition Activities etc. And communicate the same timely and accurately to seniors for better monitoring and controls.
  • Supervise/ensure the proper injection/placement and optimal utilization of Company’s Assets in the market, i.e., Coolers, Glass, Shell, Signage etc.
  • Distribution Management through via software to ensure the proper execution of sales operations, ROI, KPIs, GTM, GTD, Inventory Management etc.
  • Zone/Area Management through Geographic Analysis, Potential Estimation, Infrastructure Analysis, Coverage Analysis and Call Frequency Analysis.
  • To perform other related tasks assigned by the line manager.
  • Sales strategy and marketing plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
  • Execute plans to achieve Zone/Area wise Primary/Secondary Sales and Products/Packages Availability Targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure the proper execution of objectives and build strong relationships with wholesalers.
