Important Instrunctions

Ensure implementation of communication guidelines and policies across all activities.
Lead the development of CHD Annual Report, Web Pages an Info. Pack.
Set up and manage an internal CHD Communication Calendar and ensure that all communication related activities/work across CHD is regulated in accordance with that.
Coordinate with program teams to strategize, design, implement and monitor communication campaigns.
Support program teams in the effective execution of on-ground activities related to communication such as awareness raising, advocacy and the like.
Provide regular feedback to concerned programs on communication related activities.
Execute the development of various communication related materials in terms of writing and reviewing content, and finalizing designing. This includes but is not limited to: banners, brochures, standees, presentations, training, awareness & IEC materials, one pagers, briefs, advisories, overviews, summary documents, press release/brief, advertisements, and the like.
Maintain close coordination with all programs to ensure that publications and information communication material is printed in time.
Develop and strategically use Social Media pages for highlighting programmatic activities.
Coordinate with main Communications & Resource Development Directorate (CRD) at IHHN to share regular updates on Community Health Directorate (CHD) program activities.
Liaison and coordinate with partners, stakeholders and donors to establish new partnerships and manage on-going partnerships.
Collaborate with all stake holders (internal and external) to ensure development and dissemination of messages, and that the highest standards for external communications are maintained.
Liaison with procurement and external vendors for campaigns and events.
Maintain close liaison with district staff to ensure communication messages are effectively disseminated.
Monitor and oversee all communications related activities at the district & community level.
