Qualifications | – Be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants, or possess a post-graduate degree in finance, accountancy, business management, commerce, economics, capital markets, financial services, or related disciplines. – Must be recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan or equivalent. |
Experience | – Minimum of 7 years in a senior management position at a Central Depository or a similar position. – Should have served as a CEO or senior management in a company of substantial size for at least 5 years. – Demonstrated ability to lead a medium to large-scale organization, engage with stakeholders (PSX, SECP, SBP, etc.), and successfully execute strategic growth initiatives |
