Employees of the Federal Government or semi Government and Autonomous Bodies of Federal Government or Provincial Government and those of Local Bodies are not entitled to age concession for the period of their service in such organization.
In case a candidate claims that his/her qualification is equivalent to the prescribed qualification, they will be required to submit an equivalence certificate of his/her foreign/local qualification issued by the Higher Education Commission (H.E.C) or Qualification Equivalence Determination Committee (Q.E.D.C) of concerned Department, which will be accepted by the Commission as Final, at the time of interview or whenever asked by the Commission. If a candidate fails to submit an Equivalence Certificate issued by the Competent Authority at the time of the interview or whenever asked by the Commission, his/her candidature shall be canceled.

Important Instrunctions

Experience:

i) Masters’ degree (second division) in Computer Science or Information Technology or BCS (four years) (second division) in Computer Science or BS (second division) in Computer Systems Engineering or Computer Engineering or Software Engineering from an institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission; ii) Four years’ post qualification experience in planning, designing, building and implementing network infrastructure solutions from public or private sector organization – Development and management of the core information technology infrastructure and optimization of key processes related to use of the integrated systems. Design and operation of interfacing technologies such as networking, storage solutions, cloud computing and data center technologies. Design and operation of System or Network management Windows or Unix based server platforms; and iii) Hands-on experience with switches, routers, wireless, firewalls, load balancers, and other network-related appliances from private or public sector organization.

Note:-

Only practical experience shall be considered after prescribed qualification.
Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with SECP, registrar of firms or any other regulatory authority.
