Important Instrunctions

  • Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department including bookkeeping in SAP.
  • Checking the posting of accounting entries and signing of payable, receivable, receipt, payment, and journal vouchers.
  • Preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements as per applicable laws and standards, and presentations thereon for the management.
  • Liaising with internal audit department and supporting them during their internal audit activities.
  • Liaising with external auditors which includes Statutory Auditors, the Auditor General of Pakistan, and other External Auditors appointed for audit of projects and special audit assignments.
  • Ensuring compliance with SOPs and internal controls established by the management.
  • Prepare details for submission in reply to various notices issued by FBR and other bodies.
  • Verifying bank reconciliation statements for all bank accounts on monthly basis.
  • Managing and updating fixed assets register.
  • Preparing and sharing project-related financial information with project teams.
  • Preparing and sharing financial information with external departments as and when required.
  • Assist and support Accounts / Finance Team as and when required.
